Max Fashion Circle is a membership program for consumers of Max Fashion in Bangalore, Mangalore, Mysore and Goa Regions.
The Client
Max Fashion is a fashion brand under the banner of the Dubai based Landmark Group. The brand was first launched in May, 2004, in the UAE. Max Fashion has a combination of physical stores and an e-commerce portal.
Target Audience
- Age 16-35.
- Male & Female (Single + Parents).
- Bangalore, Mangalore, Mysore & Goa Regions.
Objectives
Create and brand a customer loyalty membership program. Run brand awareness campaigns for it, generate leads and conversions for the loyalty program and generate in-store footfalls for the Summer of 2018.
The Work
Web Development
Two landing pages were designed from scratch to communicate about the membership program (Max Fashion Circle) and generate leads.
Communication Design
All ads and creatives required by the campaign were designed. Additional facebook lead forms and canvas pages were designed for optimal cost per lead.
Performance Marketing
Digital Advert campaigns were designed and deployed on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Display Network. A/B testing was done along with constant and continuous campaign optimization to arrive at the best possible cost per leads and cost per million impressions.
Campaign Results
Lead Generation Campaign
- A Facebook Page, an Instagram account, a Twitter Handle, and a LinkedIn Showcase Page were created for the campaigns.
- Ad Campaigns were run on the Google Display Network.
- Rigorous A/B Testing was done with multiple permutations & combinations of Creatives & Ad Copy to get the best possible CTR and Cost Per Conversion.
- Split Testing was done with multiple versions of Call To Actions to get optimised Cost Per Leads.
- The best performing combinations of Creative, Ad Copy, Call To Actions was scaled up to a higher campaign budget to get quick results.

Microsite and Landing Page Design
- Two versions of the microsite were built and hosted.
- A backend interface was built for easy retrieval of leads.
- The backend was integrated with Email and SMS services for autoresponder emails.
- Landing page optimization was carried out.
- Relevant integrations (Google Analytics, Adwords, FB Pixel) were done on the microsite.
